The Eloquent Physician® is an Electronic Charting program which can be utilized to produce physician’s charts with amazing speed in many clinical settings.

An EMR (Electronic Medical Record) program is utilized to produce medical records in a physician's office, clinic or hospital based setting. Some EMR software programs contain advanced features such as electronic data exchange (EDI) between the EMR and a laboratory, radiology facility and/or pharmacy.

The Eloquent Physician does not contain these more advanced features. However, if your main interest is in producing ‘Eloquent’ medical records rapidly, you owe it to yourself to review the features of this program.

AP and Lateral views of the toes of the {right | left} foot are obtained and are seen to demonstrate {minimal | moderate | severe} soft tissue swelling in the region of the {toe nail of the great toe | toe nail of the second toe | toe nail of the third toe | toe nail of the fourth toe | toe nail of the fifth toe | IPJ of the great toe | DIPJ of the second toe | DIPJ of the third toe | DIPJ of the fourth toe | DIPJ of the fifth toe | PIPJ of the second toe | PIPJ of the third toe | PIPJ of the fourth toe | PIPJ of the fifth toe | MTPJ of the great toe | MTPJ of the second toe | MTPJ of the third toe | MTPJ of the fourth toe | MTPJ of the fifth toe}. However, there are no fractures or dislocations. The interphalangeal joints as well as the metatarsophalangeal joints are all adequately maintained. There is no significant arthritis present. There is no evidence of malposition as may be seen with bunions.
